Ryan started Controle-A Solutions and Design to help local companies and national chains with their IT problems. His first project was network installation for a K-Mart. Turns out IT work was not very fun..

We're a young company. We've enjoyed exponential growth in both size and capability since each year and continue to see amazing opportunity in front of us. We've been in business since 2007 and intend to be in business by 2057.
No really - we fully intend to continue influencing the industry of web design and development are fully believe we will be going strong in 50 years! From our humble beginnings since 2007, we've established ourselves as a serious competitor in the global industry. We look forward to destroying everyone building on that into the future!

Still Controle-A Solutions and Design, Ryan is asked to try his hand at web design. Turned out pretty nice and the project was super fun! Web design it is.
2008
March
Realizing IT work was no fun and Controle-A Solutions and Design was a cruddy business name, Ryan rebooted as AI Web Systems and focuses on clean, semantic, high standards web design and begins learning PHP programming.

July
AI Web Systems gets Inc.'d. Ryan's obsessive compulsive learning tendencies are in full spin. Projects are starting to look pretty awesome.

January
AIWS has become a formidable competitor in the local industry. Some of our earliest partnerships begin to form.

October
Training in server administration begins with our first dedicated server from Dream Host. Our first CMS (MyDash) powered by Codeigniter takes on most of our clients in a huuuge migration.

Dream Host is a nightmare! We quickly move to Rackspace, the leader in hosting.

April
Our CMS (MyDash) gets a major rewrite and becomes NetDesk. A lightweight, extensible CMS powered by Codeigniter.

Our NetDesk CMS is merged with promising open source solutions to create our current and beloved platform. Extensible to the moon, powerful, light and powered by Codeigniter though not officially available yet.

January
Our new platform, having been moved to the cloud is officially released. Having matured and settled down, we begin our third and final brand and focus reboot.

1,000,000 blazing fast pages have already been servered up by our platform. Clients love it, woot!
